Synopsis
The movie 'Hellhole' follows three main characters as they navigate their lives in the aftermath of the Brussels terrorist attacks in May 2016. The first character is a Flemish doctor who must confront his loneliness after losing his wife and having his son stationed overseas as a fighter jet pilot. Secondly, we follow a young man of Algerian descent who is asked to perform a favor by his brother that turns out to be more complicated than it initially seems. Lastly, an Italian woman working in the heart of European Institutions struggles to maintain control amidst her demanding life and personal pressures.
