Synopsis
Jeff, originally destined for Harvard, joins his family's struggling detective agency to prevent his mother and sister from being evicted. His first case involves a gangster hiring him to investigate his bombshell fiancée's loyalty. Jeff tails her, discovering she has a lover. When thugs kidnap the lover, both Jeff and the woman are forced to flee from mobsters, police who might be in league with the mob, and Jeff's formidable mother.
