Synopsis
Private detective Eddie takes on a seemingly straightforward case involving a wealthy socialite who supposedly drowned ten years ago. His client wants him to convince the woman to leave him alone, but when Eddie meets her, she's very much alive and insists that she isn't a ghost. Gotham is a neo-noir mystery thriller television movie directed by Lloyd Fonvielle in 1988.
