Synopsis
In Alaska, State Trooper Jack Halcombe suspects Robert Hansen of being a serial killer who abducts young girls for sexual assault and murder. He lacks sufficient evidence to search Hansen's premises but knows one victim, Cindy Paulsen, survived. Halcombe tracks down Paulsen, now a junkie with trust issues, intending to enlist her help in building a case against Hansen. Meanwhile, Hansen continues his hunting spree.

Résumé
Frozen Ground (2013), directed by Scott Walker and based on actual events, is a tense thriller set in Alaska. The film follows State Trooper Jack Halcombe's pursuit of serial killer Robert Hansen, who uses young women as prey during his hunting trips. When Halcombe discovers one survivor, Cindy Paulsen, he must gain her trust to secure crucial evidence against the notorious killer.
