Synopsis
In 'Freddy vs. Jason' (2003), directed by Ronny Yu, Freddy Krueger finds himself powerless after people stop fearing him, preventing him from entering their dreams to kill them. To regain his ability and continue his revenge, Freddy uses psychopathic killer Jason Voorhees as his proxy on Elm Street, orchestrating a series of murders to reinstall fear into the hearts of the townspeople.

Résumé
'Freddy vs. Jason' is a crossover horror film from 2003 that combines two iconic slasher franchises: A Nightmare on Elm Street and Friday the 13th. The movie, directed by Ronny Yu, follows the events after Freddy Krueger's apparent defeat in Springwood, with Jason Voorhees taking over as the primary killer. When Freddy realizes he needs fear to regain his dream-invading powers, he manipulates Jason into committing murders on Elm Street once again.
