Synopsis
Nicky Spurgeon, a seasoned con artist, takes Jess under his wing and teaches her the tricks of the trade. They become romantically involved, but Nicky ends their relationship due to the inherent deception in his profession. Three years later, they meet again in Buenos Aires during a high-stakes heist involving a valuable diamond. This time, Jess is no longer the naive amateur she once was; she has honed her skills and returned as a femme fatale with intentions of her own.

Résumé
Focus (2015) directed by Glenn Ficarra and John Requa, follows Nicky Spurgeon, an expert con artist who takes Jess under his wing. The film explores themes of deception, seduction, and rivalry in the world of con artistry. After their romantic involvement turns sour due to Nicky's profession, they reunite years later during a complicated heist involving a valuable diamond. The movie revolves around their complex relationship and the high-stakes game they play against each other.
