Synopsis
Detective Jack Flinder (Billy Zane) is already in hot water with his fellow officers for imprisoning a corrupt partner. But his troubles escalate when another officer is found murdered in a hotel room with a prostitute named Lisa, who manages to escape. Flinder must find Lisa to uncover the truth about what happened that night and bring justice to his fallen colleague. However, his investigation uncovers more corruption within his department than he initially believed.
