Synopsis
Factotum tells the story of Hank Chinaski, the fictional alter-ego of author Charles Bukowski. The film follows Hank as he wanders around Los Angeles, trying to make a living through various jobs that don't interfere with his primary interest: writing. Throughout the narrative, Hank struggles with alcoholism and womanizing, which often lead him into trouble. Despite his challenges, he remains dedicated to his craft and continues to pursue a literary career.

Résumé
Factotum is a 2005 drama directed by Bent Hamer, based on Charles Bukowski's novel of the same name.
