Synopsis
El baile de los 41 (The Dance of the Forty-One) is a historical drama film directed by David Pablos, set in early 20th-century Mexico. The movie is based on the true story of an illegal police raid that took place in November 1901 in a private home in Mexico City. During this raid, it was discovered that a group of men were attending a secret party where some of them were dressed in feminine clothing. Among these attendees were prominent figures from high society, including the son-in-law of the incumbent President of Mexico.
