Synopsis
In the near future of Berlin, a series of elaborate suicides occur, shocking the city's population. A dedicated policeman begins to investigate these incidents. His investigation leads him to an enigmatic woman and uncovers a sinister plot involving mass hypnosis aimed at manipulating the populace.
