Synopsis
A Vietnam veteran, obsessed with pretty girls and photography, roams Los Angeles at night stalking his prey. He targets patients of a local radio psychiatrist, believing they are easier victims due to their emotional instability. The killer uses various methods of attack, including strangulation and stabbing, often leaving his victims near telephones in an attempt to frame them as suicides or accidental deaths caused by their own desperation. As the body count rises, the psychiatrist becomes suspicious and begins investigating, trying to protect her patients while also seeking help from the police.
