Synopsis
Emilio, a writer, meets an enigmatic girl named Giulia at a theater. They begin dating, but their relationship is tumultuous. Emilio lives with his sister Amalia, who seems to be morbidly attached to him. Despite Amalia's initial rejection of Giulia, she eventually accepts her. However, Giulia disappears suddenly, leaving Emilio distraught and needing her. Emilio tries to help Giulia change her disordered lifestyle but fails despite his efforts, even resorting to violence at one point. Meanwhile, Amalia feels isolated due to Emilio's continued absence.
