Synopsis
Dr. Feinstone, a dentist previously convicted for his murderous rampage caused by jealousy over his wife's infidelity, escapes from a mental hospital. He assumes a new identity as Dr. 'Caine' and establishes a dental practice in a quiet Midwestern town, hoping to start anew. His life seems to improve until he discovers his new love interest in the arms of another man. This triggers a relapse into jealousy-driven madness, leading him back onto a path of violence against his patients.

Résumé
