Synopsis
CIA/DEA enforcer Harmon investigates Arab terrorists captured in Mexico. He teams up with seductive FBI agent Zara and spy-drone pilot Sharp to travel to Istanbul. There they uncover a brutal plot: Islamic extremists plan to use Sonora drug-smuggling routes to smuggle deadly weapons and leaders into the U.S. Harmon must now turn these two savage forces against one another before time runs out and prevent an attack on America.
