Guilherme and Sofia grow up together in a Lisbon household that has preserved an older way of life. Guilherme, sheltered within this female-dominated environment, struggles with his unrequited love for his sister and her relationships with other boys, ultimately leading him to flee the home after their grandmother Clara's death.
