Synopsis
In 'Cocoon', a group of elderly men from a retirement home in Florida discover alien cocoons at the bottom of their swimming pool. When they swim in the pool, they absorb some form of youthful energy, rejuvenating them and making them feel energized.

Résumé
Directed by Ron Howard and released in 1985, 'Cocoon' is a whimsical blend of comedy and science fiction that follows a group of senior citizens from a retirement community. The film's premise involves alien cocoons found at the bottom of their swimming pool, which have a rejuvenating effect on the elderly men when they swim in the pool containing these extraterrestrial objects.
