Synopsis
Christina Tarling moves with her younger brother Bobby and their father James into a rented house in Washington to be closer to Christina's mother Joanne who is hospitalized in an asylum. Soon after moving in, Christina starts experiencing bizarre occurrences and feels like another person resides in the house. Her father dismisses it as the structure settling. When two local teenagers disappear and are later found dead near their home, Sheriff Mark Sklar becomes suspicious of the Tarling family, especially since Howie Rhodes is repairing their house and Eddy Duncan, Christina's boyfriend, has a questionable reputation.
