Synopsis
Bul-eun ba-kang-seu geom-eun we-ding (2011) consists of two interconnected segments that revolve around extramarital affairs and their consequences.
In Segment 1, 'Red Vacance', Heerae, a young woman, has been involved in an affair with Taemook, a married middle-aged man for six years. They plan to go on vacation together, but Taemook's wife, Boksoon, discovers their affair and takes him to a remote place. She confronts him about his infidelity, growing increasingly angry as he tries to explain himself. Meanwhile, Heerae receives a text message supposedly from Taemook, prompting her to join them at the vacation home. However, unbeknownst to her, Boksoon had sent the message.
In Segment 2, 'Black Wedding', a professor has an affair with one of his female students after they first meet. Their relationship continues even as she becomes engaged and asks him to officiate her wedding. After the ceremony, the professor goes to their former trysting place, expecting her to leave for her honeymoon, but she arrives there instead.
