Synopsis
Emma, in her mid-twenties and blind for two decades, undergoes a groundbreaking corneal transplant procedure that partially restores her sight. However, she experiences temporary blind spots and delayed recall of what she sees during these episodes. One evening, Emma witnesses a figure descending the stairs from her neighbor's apartment. Convinced that her neighbor has been murdered, she reports it to the police but later begins to doubt her own perception due to her recent eye surgery.

Résumé
Blink is a 1993 American drama-thriller directed by Michael Apted. The film centers around Emma, a young woman who regains partial sight after years of blindness through a novel corneal transplant procedure. Her newfound ability to see comes with peculiar side effects: temporary blind spots and delayed recall of visual experiences. When Emma believes she witnesses her neighbor's murder, the boundaries between reality, perception, and imagination become blurred, challenging her credibility and trust in her own senses.
