Synopsis
Darcy, a cop by day and superhero Black Scorpion by night, learns about an asthmatic mad scientist's plan to contaminate the city's air supply with a toxin. She must use her alter ego's powers to stop this scheme before it's too late. Alongside Argyle, a petty thief who aids her, Darcy/Black Scorpion engages in combat and strategy to thwart the scientist's evil plot.

Résumé
Black Scorpion is a 1995 action sci-fi TV movie directed by Jonathan Winfrey. The story revolves around Darcy, a dedicated cop with a secret identity as Black Scorpion, a superhero who fights crime at night. When she discovers an asthmatic mad scientist's plan to pollute the city's air, Darcy must use her Black Scorpion persona to stop him and protect the innocent citizens.
