Synopsis
In 1935 New York City, Billy Bathgate (Nicolette Sheridan), a teenage girl, finds herself drawn into the criminal underworld when she becomes the protégé of Dutch Schultz (Lance Reddick), a rising gangster. As Billy navigates this dangerous life, she also experiences first love.
