Synopsis
B. Monkey follows the unlikely relationship between Alan Furnace, a quiet London school teacher yearning for excitement, and Beatrice, a charismatic thief known on the streets as 'B. Monkey'. They meet at a jazz club, and Alan, captivated by her charm and beauty, is oblivious to her secret life as the top thief-for-hire in London's criminal underworld. Beatrice, drawn to Alan's innocent and chivalrous nature, resolves to leave her criminal past behind and pursue their relationship. However, Beatrice's former partner in crime, the ruthless Paul Neville, threatens their newfound love, forcing Beatrice to confront her dark history in order to escape Neville and build a life with Alan.
