Synopsis
Ayla, a young Turkish woman living in Germany, works as a kindergarten teacher and maintains an independent lifestyle. She meets Ayhan, a photographer of Turkish origin, and they fall in love. Meanwhile, Hatice, a young Turkish mother whose child attends Ayla's kindergarten, seeks Ayla's help to escape her oppressive Muslim family after deciding to divorce her husband. Ayla takes Hatice and her child in without knowing that Ayhan is Hatice's brother.
