Synopsis
Autoerotic interweaves four stories of sexual exploration and self-discovery among interconnected Chicago couples. Firstly, a man feels inadequate about his penis size despite his girlfriend's reassurance, leading him to pursue enlargement efforts with surprising consequences. Secondly, a woman's heightened sexual arousal leads her to experiment with auto-asphyxiation after discussing it with a friend. Meanwhile, a pregnant woman struggles to reach orgasm and seeks help from a female friend, much to her husband's curiosity. Lastly, a man's primary sexual release involves watching videos of him and his ex-girlfriend having sex, until she reappears seeking their deletion.
