Synopsis
Jerome, a talented and passionate young artist from the suburbs, enrolls in Strathmore College's art program with dreams of becoming a renowned artist. His first year is filled with competition and jealousy among faculty and students, including his rivalry with Jonah for the affections of Audrey, a fellow student who models for life drawing classes. As Jerome struggles to adapt his artistic vision to the real world, he also grapples with a personal crisis when he finds out that his roommate, Bargle, is the campus serial killer. Throughout this tumultuous year, Jerome learns valuable lessons about art, life, and the importance of staying true to oneself.

Résumé
Directed by Terry Zwigoff ('Crumb', 'Ghost World'), 'Art School Confidential' is a satirical comedy-drama based on Daniel Clowes' comic book series of the same name. The film follows Jerome, a young artist navigating his first year at an prestigious art school in New York City. While the story focuses primarily on Jerome's artistic and personal growth, it also incorporates elements of mystery and suspense with the presence of a serial killer targeting students on campus.
