Synopsis
In 'Army of the Dead', directed by Zack Snyder, following a zombie outbreak in Las Vegas, a group of mercenaries take on a dangerous mission to retrieve $200 million from a casino vault within the infected city's quarantine zone. Scott Ward, the widowed leader of the crew, is motivated by the desire to provide for his estranged teenage daughter, Kate. Among the team are: Maria Cruz, a former Vegas showgirl turned safecracker; Ludwig Dieter, a charming safecracker with a mysterious past; and Martin, the group's sharpshooting sniper. They navigate through the city filled with both zombie humans and animal zombies, setting up booby traps to fight off the undead horde led by the Alpha Zombie. As they face various challenges and losses along the way, Scott must also contend with his strained relationship with Kate.
