Synopsis
A group consisting of doctors and a journalist journey to an isolated island after observing immigrants engaging in cannibalistic behavior in city hospitals. Upon arrival, they are greeted by another scientist who shares that he's conducting his own research on the island. While exploring, the team encounters hostile cannibals and zombies.
