Synopsis
In 'Tranzicija', Jana prepares to leave her home and family in Serbia for postgraduate studies in Michigan. Over two days, she bids farewell to her band members, friends, and ex-girlfriend, with everyone expressing a mix of sadness at her departure but also joy for her future prospects. However, Jana's younger sister holds a secret - Jana is actually traveling to the U.S. not for study, but to undergo a sex change operation.
