Synopsis
La Barbare follows the story of a teenage girl whose life is upended when her father passes away. She goes to live with her father's friends, a couple, but harbors resentment towards him for abandoning her and her mother. In an act of defiance and revenge against her father, she seduces Murray Head, who is part of the couple caring for her. This action not only ruins Murray's life but also destroys his marriage. Ironically, through these destructive acts, the girl finds a sense of rebirth for herself.
