Synopsis
Sophie and Nicolas decide to leave the city life behind and move to a seemingly peaceful countryside town. They soon befriend their neighbors, but things take a dark turn when they notice strange marks on their son's back after he returns from playing with the neighbor's child. Suspicious of their new acquaintances, Sophie and Nicolas become increasingly paranoid and isolated as they try to protect their family.

L'Invitation is a psychological thriller directed by Fred Grivois that premiered in 2021. The story follows Sophie and Nicolas, who move from the city to start anew with their son.
