Chiho forbids her husband Takahashi from smoking while trying to conceive. Unbeknownst to Chiho, Takahashi has been laid off and engages in a paid sexual encounter with a high-school student, drawn by her smoking Peace Regulars cigarettes. That evening, Chiho becomes upset by the smell of these cigarettes, claiming it reminds her of an elderly relative who had shoved them into their genitals years ago. However, this memory actually belongs to Chiho's twin sister Kaho.
