Synopsis
The series begins with Detective Roland Hassel's mentor and father figure, Yngve Ruda, being brutally murdered in broad daylight. Devastated by this loss, Hassel decides to conduct his own investigation alongside a special task force called 'Triton,' consisting of his most dedicated colleagues. His obsession with finding Ruda's killer begins to take a toll on his family life, putting strain on his relationship with girlfriend Daniela and his 14-year-old stepdaughter Vida. As the evidence points towards powerful figures in Stockholm and Brussels, Hassel stops at nothing to bring Ruda's killer to justice.
