Synopsis
Ex-cop Fisher returns to his old beat after thirteen years in Cairo when his former mentor, author of 'The Element of Crime', asks him to solve a series of murders involving lottery ticket sellers. Guided by theories from his mentor's book, Fischer retraces the steps of suspect Harry Grey as recorded in a three-year-old police surveillance report.
