Synopsis
In the small town of Evans City, Pennsylvania, a military plane crashes carrying a biological weapon meant to drive people insane and turn them into violent killers. The weapon leaks, infecting the townspeople who begin displaying signs of madness, leading to murders and riots. The US Army arrives to contain the situation but exacerbates it by opening fire on civilians, turning Evans City into a battleground.
